NOW I Get It!
I was having a difficult time trying to understand the Christian Right's obsession with Israel both pro and anti because it seems there are two distinct camps and at least a few others in between with equally bizarre and extreme views.
This music video has cleared the matter up considerably.
Caution: Not for the kiddies or workplace viewing. If Pat Robertson or Jerry Falwell is in the room, give them a pan to drool in and save having to mop the floor afterwards.

Badtux: must be. I can't find any other reason they attribute all these superhuman qualities (good & bad) to Israeli's. I always assumed they were just people. Perhaps it's some kind of odd evangelical fetish?

As far as rehab room... this might be why they're looking at establishing outposts on other planets... to accommodate nutty evangelical and neo-con overflow.

Just couldn't resist this vid. I've heard far too much whacko talk about Israeli's and Jewish people in general from fundie's.
One side acting like they are specially protected, mythical, mystical creatures, the other side blaming them for every evil in the universe.
They are human beings, just like the rest of us.
Oops, meant to say...sometimes from some on the Left side of life as well.
It all needs to get smacked down.
