Speaking of Bailouts...
Who is going to bail these people out? My guess would be not their insurers and not our federal government either. Wonder how many of them will ever recover from their losses....maybe they could ask the folks down in the gulf who lost their homes to Katrina.
22 deaths and counting, thousands homeless and no bailouts in sight and I sincerely hope they had not paid their mortgages. Guess what is going to happen to a lot of those people. The lucky ones will be able to scrape by in their water damaged homes, if they're really lucky they'll be able to afford repairs before they get sick from mold and mildew born illnesses. The unlucky ones will be homeless, have negative credit for not paying their mortgage (yes, the lenders will still foreclose even if the house no longer exists) and best of luck to them trying to rent with bad credit. That's assuming they still have a job and their employer survived the flood. America will forget all about them.
We'll remember now and then if Anderson Cooper does a special but our tears won't help them, not one little bit.

No, the two on top are there because as it sits now one of them will likely be the nominee. Edwards stays because he still has a reasonable amount of support so there is an off chance he could pull something off (though I doubt that will happen) and I kept Bill for old times' sake. He'd need a minor miracle at this point though.
America doesn't really want dramatic change or the bottom two would be the top two. America just wants a return to its comfort zone.

One word about HRC: any time some one is targeted by the mother-of-all MFSOB's, Karl Rove, we progressives should rally and smackdown Rovebbel's comment as if they were directed at us. Because they are.

Nope. Can't find it in my cold, cold heart to hate Cooper, he is exactly who he is..sometimes emotional, usually a little clueless about the non-privileged world but not a fake and not sucking Bob Murray's dick. One of the very few in the media who are exactly who they say they are.

Probably. At least some of them, the poorest ones will likely still be left out though. There's even less political capital to be gained helping poor whites than poor minorities.
